"Package showed up in great shape"
I ordered from Rebel and was in a good mood when the parcel arrived, especially after seeing the box wasn’t crushed or ripped at all. Everything inside was packed neatly and looked well taken care of. No complaints about the packaging, I was really happy with how it turned up.

I’ve ordered a few things from Rebel Sport online, and from my experience the prices seem fair compared to some other sports stores. I wouldn’t say I’ve checked every item or anything, but the sales and member deals have definitely been the best part. I managed to save a decent amount on some shoes and gym gear. Full price items seem normal, not always super cheap, but the discounts make it worth having a look. Checkout was simple too, and I didn’t notice any random extra costs popping up. Overall, I’ve been happy with what I paid.

Picked up a pair of runners and the whole checkout process was super easy. Payment went through on the first try and the confirmation email landed pretty much straight away. No hassles at all, honestly... happy with it.

"Good range, but frustrating when you need help"
Rebel usually has a decent range of sports gear, and I can normally find something that works. The annoying part is that popular sizes and brands seem to sell out really quickly, so I don’t always leave with what I actually came in for. I’ve also had times where I felt a bit ignored when I needed help, which makes the whole experience more frustrating. It’s not bad, but it could definitely be better...

I ordered a couple of things from Rebel and the products were totally fine, no complaints there. The only thing was the shipping cost, it felt a bit high for such a small order, like... Delivery was alright too, not exactly quick but it didn’t arrive late either. I’d probably buy from them again, just wish the postage was a bit cheaper.

"Feels like I fell for the hype"
I joined Rebel Active thinking the perks would actually be worth it, and I feel a bit stupid for trusting the whole rewards pitch. I did get a voucher after buying shoes, but it still feels like you have to spend a lot before you get anything that really matters. It’s not terrible, just average.

"Really handy for quick shopping !"
I’ve used the Rebel app a handful of times now , and it’s been smooth . The pages load quickly , search is easy enough to use , and I can check sizes without the whole thing freezing up like some other store apps do .
Checking out on my phone was simple , and the order updates came through without any drama . It’s not trying to be anything fancy , it just gets the job done and doesn’t waste my time . Easy 5 stars from me .

"Easy pickup, no hassle"
Ordered a pair of runners online and picked them up the next day from my local rebel. The email came through quickly, and when I got there the staff already had them ready to go. it was way easier than… well, I was in and out in no time. No mucking around at all.

I wasn’t really planning on buying shoes that day, but then I noticed they were running a promo and decided to take a quick look. A pair caught my eye, and the price was too good to pass up. I ended up grabbing them for way cheaper than I expected, so it felt like a nice little win.

"Sizing info felt a little misleading"
I ordered the shoes after double-checking the size details on the site, but when they showed up, the fit wasn’t quite what I expected. The photos were accurate enough, so no issue there, but the sizing info felt a bit off, almost like they kept it vague so people would just take a chance and buy. They’re not terrible, but it definitely made choosing the right size more frustrating than it needed to be

"Quick refund, thankfully"
I had to return a pair of shoes I ordered from rebel sport because the size was wrong. At first I felt a bit trapped, like I was going to be stuck waiting around forever for the refund or having to chase people up. But it was actually sorted really quickly, and the money was back in my account within a few days. No annoying emails, no hassle. Easy experience in the end.

I ordered a pair of runners and, to be fair, they showed up in good condition, so I don’t really have a huge complaint. The only thing was the shipping felt slower than I expected, and the tracking didn’t update for a couple days, which was kind of annoying because I had no idea where the package was. But it wasn’t some disaster or anything. It was just okay. I’d probably order again, just not if I needed them super quickly

"Pretty happy with my Rebel gear"
I grabbed a pair of runners and some workout shorts from rebel, and they’ve been really good so far. The shoes are super comfy, which was the main thing I cared about, but the shorts are nice too, and actually, after a few washes they still feel like good quality. I’ve had stuff from other places go weird quickly, so that was a nice surprise. Overall I’m happy with the purchase and I’d definitely buy from them again.

"Helpful advice once I got someone"
I went into Rebel Sport looking for a new pair of running shoes and, yeah, the staff member actually seemed to know what he was talking about. He asked about my foot type and where I usually run, which helped a lot. The only thing was that it took a little while to get someone free, but once I did, they were really helpful. Overall, good experience, 4 stars

"Surprisingly helpful customer service"
I had a question about an online order from rebelsport.com.au, so I messaged customer service expecting the usual runaround you seem to get from some places. To be fair, they replied quickly and actually answered my question instead of sending some generic copy-paste response. My delivery update was sorted the same day too. Overall, I was happy with it. It’s nice dealing with support that doesn’t make you chase them three times just to get a straight answer.

"Wish There Were More Ways to Pay"
Overall it was fine, but I really wish there were more payment options available. I was trying to check out while sitting in my car after grabbing coffee, and the card I wanted to use wasn’t an option, so I had to switch things around. Not a huge deal, but it would be a lot more convenient if they added a few more pay choices.
